Shipping Policy

OneBox is a digital services company. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All deliverables including software, design files, source code, animations, and documentation are delivered electronically via email, shared drives, or secure file transfer platforms.

Delivery timelines are outlined in the project proposal agreed upon before work begins. If a delivered file is inaccessible or corrupted due to our error, we will re-deliver it at no charge within 30 days of the original delivery date.
