Refund Policy
At OneBox, we are committed to delivering exceptional results. Because our Services involve customized, intellectual, and time-intensive work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
1. General Policy
All fees paid for Services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specifically provided in this Refund Policy or in the applicable project agreement. This policy reflects the nature of custom service delivery, where resources are allocated and expended from the start of each engagement.
2. Deposit and Upfront Payments
Deposits and upfront payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These payments cover initial discovery, planning, resource allocation, and project setup activities that commence immediately upon payment.
3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects structured around milestones:
• Payments made for a completed and delivered milestone are non-refundable
• If a project is terminated before a milestone is fully delivered, the Client may be entitled to a partial refund representing the portion of the milestone payment corresponding to undelivered work, at OneBox's reasonable discretion
• No refund will be issued for work that has been completed and approved by the Client, even if the Client later changes direction or requirements
4. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a Client cancels an engagement in writing before any work has commenced (i.e., before the first discovery session or kickoff call), a refund of fees paid may be considered, less any administrative processing fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the contact email below within 48 hours of payment.
5. Defective Deliverables
If a deliverable is found to have material defects that are solely attributable to OneBox's work and are reported within thirty (30) days of delivery, OneBox will correct those defects at no additional cost. If correction is not feasible within a reasonable timeframe, OneBox may offer a partial refund or credit toward future Services at its discretion.
6. Third-Party Services and Subscriptions
Fees paid to third-party platforms, tools, APIs, or services on behalf of the Client are subject to those providers' own refund policies. OneBox cannot guarantee or process refunds for third-party costs.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
• Your full name and company name
• Project name and invoice number
• A clear description of the issue or reason for the request
All refund requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days of receipt. OneBox's decision regarding refund eligibility is final.
